This Friday and Saturday, July 10 & 11, join us for Pocatello's 2nd Annual Neon Fest

A two day celebration of the historic neon signs in Historic Downtown Pocatello!


On Friday, July 10th, residents and visitors are invited to come shop Downtown and enjoy a delicious meal at one of our restaurants.  Then join us for hosted walking tours with our local neon experts. Gather at The Chief Neon Sign located on the 200 block of North Main St.  Tours will begin at 8:30 p.m. Walk through Downtown, sign to sign, and learn about the history and charm of the restored neon signs.


*Due to unexpected circumstances, the planned painting of the The Chief Theater Neon Sign has been postponed.



The Coloring Contest will continue!  Kids ages 8-12 are invited to pick up a Neon Capital Coloring Sheet this week at Purpose Tea.  Return the colored sheets to Purpose Tea before 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 8.  One lucky winner will receive a custom painted pair of Vans shoes compliments of Nick Hottmann Art, a Relight the Night custom neon sign blanket, a Relight the Night t-shirt and a $50 Purpose Tea Gift Card.  Prize will be awarded on Saturday evening during the Chopstick Cafe relighting.


On Saturday, July 11th, shop and play Downtown at the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market, Crafters Market at Station Square and at our beautiful shops, boutiques, bookstores, and more!  At 6:00 p.m. come to Lookout Point for live music by “Old School Combo,” food trucks and neon giveaways. At 8:30 p.m. we will relight our newest neon sign, the “Chopstick Cafe” Neon Sign followed by a movie in the park featuring "The Karate Kid." Free popcorn, cookies, ice cream and neon drinks!


The Chopstick Café Neon Sign restoration is being funded by a grant from the Idaho Heritage Trust which will cover half the cost of the project.  Fundraising for the remaining half is currently underway.  Donations can be made at www.historicdowntownpocatello.com/relightthenight or mailed to Relight the Night, PO Box 222, Pocatello ID  83204.

at Lookout Point for Free Yoga in the Park!  Bring your mats and your friends for FREE YOGA from 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Attendees are welcome to bring canned food donations or make a contribution via Venmo for the Idaho Food Bank. 

After yoga be sure to enjoy a delicious hot or cold drink and brunch at your favorite Downtown coffee shop or restaurant!

A brand new food truck experience is now open every Monday at Lookout Point!  From 4-8:00 p.m., every Monday thru September, there will be a

variety of food trucks parked and ready to serve you and your family an amazing meal. Picnic tables will be ready for convenient seating!

The playground will be open for all the kiddos! Plan now to take a break from cooking on Mondays and enjoy Curbside Cravings!

Revive @ 5 Summer Concerts Every Wednesday!

The Bannock Civitan Club has announced this summer’s Revive @ 5 Summer Concerts will begin on Wednesday, June 3 and continue very Wednesday all summer long!  Come enjoy live music with food, cold beverages, ice cream, the Wednesday Farmers Market and more from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lookout Point.

Free admission!  Free Parking!  Fun for the entire family through the end of August!





First Friday Art Walk

First Friday of Every Month ALL Year Long

Plan to join us in Historic Downtown Pocatello on the First Friday of Every Month, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. for First Friday Art Walk.
